ArcGIS API For Microsoft Silverlight/WPF And ArcGIS API For Windows Phone 2.4 Released

The ArcGIS API for Microsoft Silverlight/WPF and the ArcGIS API for Windows Phone 2.4 has now been released.  This latest version is a simple quality release across all three platforms which addresses a limited set of issues.
