ESRI has updated the ESRI Developer Network site mentioning that the upcoming beta release of ArcGIS 9.3 will be made available to active EDN subscribers.

The upcoming Beta release of ArcGIS 9.3 will be available for active EDN subscribers. All active domestic EDN Subscribers will be receiving an invitation via email to participate in the ArcGIS 9.3 beta program. Invitations to active international EDN subscriptions will vary by region. Active EDN subscribers are required to login and fill out the information requested in the email in order to receive the beta. We encourage all EDN Subscribers to take advantage of this opportunity to test and begin development with ArcGIS 9.3.

Great to see that ESRI will be opening up the beta program to EDN subscribers. ArcGIS 9.2 was a very closed beta and this is a great way of getting more users out there to test and get a head start on some of the new technology. With more users testing the products, more bugs can be ironed out for the final releases which I think is great!

So if you are an active EDN subscriber look out for that email invitation.
