		<description>&lt;p&gt;After seeing the same app built with OpenLayers and ESRI ArcGIS API, it is obvious that OpenLayers still is ahead. ESRI continues to make things harder then they need be. On the other hand, ESRI has better documentation (gasp!). However, I wouldnt put all my cards in the hands of the entity that can change their license model any time they want to. &lt;/p&gt;
