Microsoft Windows Vista Enterprise And Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise Edition Now On MSDN!
Heh, I have been waiting for these for a while now. Even though Microsoft released Windows Vista earlier this month along with Office 2007 and within a week the first versions started to appear on MSDN. The problem is that these versions require activation.
I have already installed my machine with Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Edition and have activated it. I am also running other programs like Visio and Project which I have activated as well. For these professional editions the MSDN download only allows you about 10 activations which is a real pain! For the same reason I have held of installing Microsoft Windows Vista.
So I noticed today Microsoft has released the enterprise editions. Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise Edition does not require activation as it makes use of a volume licensed key which is great so I have already downloaded this. Microsoft Windows Vista Enterprise Edition will still require activation but this won’t be the same as the other versions.
So if you have been waiting like me, head over and grab it from MSDN subscriptions: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/subscriptions/. Just started downloading Microsoft Windows Vista! The VLK keys have not been posted on MSDN yet, but I’m they will be there by the time my download is completed!
