Getting Tomcat Apache To Run On Microsoft Windows 7

So the last few days I have been updating my work laptop to Microsoft Windows 7 Release Candidate. I have now successfully reinstalled most of my existing software. This also includes a new installation of ArcGIS 9.3.1. I am very impressed with Windows 7 Release Candidate, Microsoft has done a great job with this release. A few new features but also tons of bug fixes. One of the last pieces of software I needed to reinstall was Tomcat Apache.
