It’s finally available to the masses! Microsoft Windows 7 is now available for download to MSDN and TechNet users. Windows 7 was released to manufacturing about two weeks ago. Microsoft Windows 7 Release Candidate Now Available On MSDN

The long awaited Windows 7 Release Candidate is now available for download to MSDN and Technet users. Microsoft servers are being hammered right now with the demand on Windows 7 Release Candidate. I was able to grab it install it and have it running. Windows 7 Release Candidate added a bundle more features along with quite a few bug fixes. Virtual XP for Microsoft Windows 7 is also now available for download to MSDN and Technet users. Well it’s been a great start to 2009! I am still on holiday and enjoying it. I don’t get back to work till middle of next week so still enjoying the break and the wonderful summer weather. Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3 Now Available On MSDN

Microsoft has released Windows XP SP3. The long awaited release RTM’d on Tuesday and is now available to all MSDN customers. These customers can access the downloads by browsing to the top downloads section. Windows XP SP3 will be available via Windows Update and the Microsoft Download Centre as of mid next week. There has not been any news from ESRI regarding the long awaited release of SP3, so you can assume it is not supported yet. I am sure they will add support in the next service pack.
